I made a deposit of ₹5,000 on 24/11/2025. The amount was initially shown as pending, and although the status later changed to successful, the money has still not been credited to my account.

I also requested a withdrawal of ₹20,000 on 27/11/2025, but I have not received the amount yet.

Additionally, I made three withdrawal requests of ₹6,000 each. However, only two of the ₹6,000 withdrawals were credited to my account. I am not sure which of the three is still pending.
