Withdrawal amount of 13000 INR not received

I requested a withdrawal of INR 13,000 on 18 April 2026 with the following details:

Transaction ID: 505378016

Amount: INR 13,000

Date of Request: 18 April 2026

On the casino’s cashier page, the withdrawal status shows as “Successful”, but the amount has still not been credited to my registered bank account. It has now been more than 10 days since the withdrawal was marked as completed.

I have not received any UTR number or official proof of payment from the casino to confirm that the funds were actually transferred to my bank account.

I kindly request that AskGamblers assist me in resolving this issue. I ask the casino to provide a valid proof of payment with full transaction details (including UTR number) or reprocess the withdrawal immediately.

Verification issue with dafabet casino

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I have been emailing them since last 7 days and getting standard and sometimes irrelevant response. Please find attached screenshot.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹258,000 (INR).

Blocked withdraw without any reason

Hello, my dafabet username is < username removed > and they have blocked my withdrawal process without any notification or reason. Whenever I am trying to contact them, their live support agents are providing bot answers and telling me to wait and wait. I am now fully fed up with their bot answers. Whenever I try to withdraw they show error 310. I am providing the withdrawal requests and the issue I am facing with the proofs:

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
