Withdrawal amount of 10000 not received

I would like to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal that is marked as “Successful” in the casino cashier page but has not been credited to my bank account.

Withdrawal Details:

Transaction ID: 505378502
Amount: ₹10,000
Date Requested: 18 April 2026

The status in the cashier section shows that the withdrawal has been successfully processed. However, it has now been more than 12 days and I have still not received the funds in my bank account.

I have contacted live chat support several times, but they keep giving the same repeated responses.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and ask the casino to either provide proper proof of payment or reprocess my withdrawal immediately.
