Withdrawal amount not received even lapse of 22 days

I am submitting a complaint against Dafabet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account despite being marked as “Successful.”

Transaction Details: Transaction ID: 495461221

Withdrawal Date: 28/02/2026

Amount: ₹7000

Method: Local Bank Transfer

Issue Description: The withdrawal status in my Dafabet account shows “Successful,” but the amount has not been received even after more than 22 days.

Dafabet provided a UTR number 555723376390 for this transaction. However, I have verified with my bank (Canara Bank) and they have clearly confirmed that no transaction exists with the given UTR, which means the payment has not actually been processed to my bank account.

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times. Their responses have been repetitive, stating that the issue has been “escalated” or “followed up,” but no concrete resolution has been provided. They have neither provided a valid UTR nor reprocessed the payment or refunded the amount.

Request: I request Dafabet to immediately:

Provide a valid and traceable UTR number, OR

Reprocess the withdrawal, OR

Refund the amount back to my Dafabet wallet

This delay and lack of proper resolution is unacceptable.


I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

The attached statement clearly shows that no transaction of ₹7000 has been received in my account.
