Withdrawal amount not credited since More than 5 months

I am writing this complaint to formally report an unresolved withdrawal issue with Dafabet Casino, which has been pending for an unreasonably long time without any satisfactory resolution.
On 13-08-2025 at 11:44:29 PM, I placed a withdrawal request for INR 100,000.00 from my Dafabet Casino account. The transaction ID for this withdrawal is 456994898. The withdrawal was marked as processed/approved from Dafabet’s side; however, the amount has not been credited to my bank account till date.
Since the withdrawal date, I have contacted Dafabet Casino’s customer support multiple times through live chat and email to seek clarification and resolution. Unfortunately, I have received only generic responses such as “please wait,” “it is under review,” or “our team is checking,” without any concrete explanation, timeline, or proof of payment being provided. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
I have ensured that all my account details, including KYC verification and bank information, are accurate and fully verified. There are no pending verification requests or policy violations communicated to me that would justify such a prolonged delay. As a player, I have fully complied with Dafabet Casino’s terms and conditions, and I expect the same level of transparency and professionalism from the operator.
Holding a significant amount like INR 100,000.00 without proper communication or resolution is unacceptable and causes financial stress and loss of trust. If there was any issue with the transaction, Dafabet Casino should have either reprocessed the payment or provided official proof of transfer (such as bank reference number, UTR, or payment confirmation). To date, none of this has been shared with me.
I am raising this complaint through AskGamblers to seek fair mediation and assistance in recovering my rightful funds. I request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and urge Dafabet Casino to either credit the pending withdrawal immediately or provide a clear, verifiable explanation with supporting evidence.
I am ready to provide all necessary screenshots, transaction history, and communication records to support my claim. I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved promptly and professionally through AskGamblers’ intervention.

This response is once again generic and does not address the actual issue.

You have been stating “we are in the process of addressing your inquiry” for over six months. Repeating the same message without any concrete progress, explanation, or timeline is not a resolution.

To be very clear:

- The withdrawal of INR 100,000 was requested on 13-Aug-2025 with transaction details

transaction ID: 456994834, made on 13-08-2025 11:44:06 PM for INR 100000.00

- All documents and clarifications (including IFSC explanation) have already been provided
- There is no discrepancy in my bank details
- I have been a Dafabet customer for 3–4 years

A delay of six months cannot be justified under any circumstance. This situation has caused me severe mental stress, financial difficulty, and emotional distress.

At this point, I formally request one of the following actions immediately:

1. Process the withdrawal without further delay, or
2. Credit the full amount back to my Dafabet wallet, or
3. Provide a clear, written timeline with a specific resolution date

Anything less than this will only confirm continued stalling.

I am requesting AskGamblers’ firm intervention, as Dafabet has repeatedly failed to provide a meaningful update or resolution despite prolonged waiting.

Please understand that my patience has already been exhausted. I expect a final, actionable response, not another automated apology.
