I made a withdrawal of 118500 on 12/09/2024 at 11:11 am with transaction id 384385826. The transaction status was showing as successful but the money was not credited to my bank account even after 4 bank working days.When I contacted them they asked for my bank statement and I sent my bank statement on 18/09/2024... Every day when I am reaching them to know the status they say that it is still under validation process and after that I will get my money.... it has been 20 days still I have not got my money.
