Withdrawal amount 100000 is not credited to bank account

Hello Team,

I have a withdrawal amount on 15th January, which is showing as successful, but the amount was not received in my bank account.

Please find the transaction details below for your reference.

Transaction date and details : 15-01-2025 11:56:36 PM for INR 100000.00

It's been almost 4 months, but the amount has not been credited to my account. Their customer service is the worst. Every time, they keep saying we are working with a payment partner to resolve the issue.

Could you please prioritize the issue and resolve it as soon as possible?
