I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unnecessary delay in processing my withdrawal request.

I had funds in my casino account and was playing normally. When my balance became almost zero, I was checking my notifications and accidentally clicked the "Claim Bonus" button. However, I did not receive any bonus amount. Instead, only a wagering requirement was applied to my account.
Since my balance was already almost zero, I assumed the wagering requirement would also become zero. I then made several new deposits and continued playing, but the wagering requirement never reduced. It has remained stuck at 123,628 for the last 20–25 days.
Even if I deposit multiple times and play large amounts, the wagering requirement does not decrease. In the last two days alone, I deposited ₹2,00,000 and played approximately ₹2,00,000, yet the wagering requirement is still showing 123,628.
This appears to be a serious technical issue or an unfair practice because players are unable to complete the wagering requirement and therefore cannot withdraw their funds, regardless of how much they deposit and play.
I respectfully request Dafabet to:
Cancel the incorrect wagering requirement applied to my account.
Investigate and fix this issue immediately.
Restore my account to normal so that I can deposit, play, and withdraw my funds without any unfair restrictions.

Dafabet has successfully processed a withdrawal of 50000 inr to my bank, but there is no credit in my bank statement. I have checked with my bank manager, and I have uploaded all of my bank statements. There is no credit at all. It's been a month and I am losing hope. I didn't expect this from Dafabet.

Dafabet has not approved my documents since July 10th

I deposited INR 50,000 on 9 July 2026.

I requested my first withdrawal on 10 July 2026. After that, Dafabet requested KYC documents, which I submitted immediately.

Around 24 July 2026, Dafabet requested additional identity documents again. I provided the requested documents without delay.

Despite submitting all requested documents, my withdrawals have repeatedly been declined or kept pending for almost one month.

I have fully cooperated with every verification request, yet my account has still not been verified and my withdrawal has not been processed.

The attached evidence includes my deposit and withdrawal history showing the repeatedly declined withdrawals and the current pending withdrawal.

Dafabet has kept my KYC under review and delayed my withdrawal since 10 July 2026

Hello,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding the prolonged delay of my KYC verification and withdrawal request.

I made my first deposit on 9 July 2026 and submitted my first withdrawal request on 10 July 2026.

After my withdrawal request, I was asked to complete KYC verification. I uploaded the requested documents immediately. Later, I was asked to provide another identification document, which I also submitted.

Despite providing all requested documents, my account has remained in "Documents Under Review" status for almost a month.

During this period, several withdrawal requests were declined, and my latest withdrawal request is still pending. I have not received any clear explanation about why my verification has not been completed or when I will be able to access my funds.

I have fully cooperated with every verification request, but the review process has been unreasonably delayed.

I respectfully request AskGamblers to contact Dafabet and ask them to complete my KYC verification without further delay, process my withdrawal, or provide a clear explanation for this prolonged review.

Dafabet has delayed my KYC verification and withdrawal since 5 July 2026

My KYC documents were submitted on 5 July 2026 and, since that date, my account has remained under review. More than 30 days have passed without my verification being completed or my withdrawal being processed.

I have contacted Dafabet live support many times. Every time I receive the same response: that my documents are still under review, they have followed up with the relevant team, and I should continue waiting. However, nothing has changed despite repeated follow-ups.

The attached evidence includes:

Withdrawal history showing my pending and rejected withdrawal requests.
A screenshot confirming that my KYC documents are still under review.
Three live chat conversations where Dafabet repeatedly confirms that my documents are under review and asks me to wait.

Has delayed my verification far beyond 72 hours and rejected my withdrawal

I submitted my verification documents to Dafabet on July 31 and was told that the review would be completed within 72 hours. It has now been more than one week, but my verification status still shows “Documents under review.”

I have contacted Dafabet several times by email and live chat. Their support agents have only told me to keep waiting, without providing any meaningful update or a clear completion time.

My withdrawal has now also been rejected because the verification remains unresolved. I have complied with Dafabet’s verification requirements, but the review has taken far longer than the promised 72 hours, preventing me from accessing my funds.

I am asking Dafabet to resolve this issue immediately by completing my account verification and processing my withdrawal without any further delay.

I made 3 deposits with dafabet sportsbook but none of them got credited to my dafabet account. I am filing this complaint because Dafabet has kept my account verification pending for more than a week despite receiving all my verification documents.

My account (Username: < username removed >) still shows “Documents under review,” and customer support has only been giving generic responses asking me to wait, without providing any update or estimated completion time.

At the same time, my withdrawals have been left pending for more than 48 hours, preventing me from accessing my funds. The pending withdrawals are:

I am submitting this complaint because Dafabet has been unnecessarily delaying the verification of my account despite all required documents being submitted 7 days ago.

No explanation or estimated timeframe has been provided.

In addition, several of my withdrawal requests have been declined without any proper reason. The latest declined withdrawal is:
