Withdrawal 50k INR marked successful but not received in bank account

Hey,

I made two withdrawals of 50000 INR on 18th July 2025 to my bank account.

The transaction IDs are 451880886 and 452038122. Both transactions have been marked as successful in my cashier history since 19th July. However, I have received 50000 only once in my bank account. Even after multiple follow-ups via email and live chat, my issue is unresolved. I request that you help me resolve my issue.

Payment method used: Local bank transfer

The password to open the attached bank statement PDF is 1010.
