Hello,

I made a withdrawal, 120 euros and then there came email saying I should verify my account. I sent them what they requested and pictures were clear. Selfie with ID and picture of ID. I sent them selfie with passport, selfie with driving license - both clear, and picture of them both. There Is an automatic reply saying thanks for sending and I'll ae contacted on 24 hours. When you Ask status from them they answer 24-48 or whenever they want. I just want to have this process done as I sent documents now for the third time. I don't know what can I do different with them, so that my account gets verified. If the emails and my pictures are needed, let me know. I ofc respect safety but this seems like this won't never end and my money would stay there forever.

Now they are writing same thing again. This Time i should rake selfie with arms and hands visible. How do you take selfie with those requirements as tour another Hand IS required to take picture??? 😂😂😂😂😂 (My Brother took full body picture of me with passport and driving license already and 4-5 selfies with passport and driving license and sent separate picture of driving license and passport Many Times).

I made a ₹100,000 withdrawal from my Dafabet account, but only ₹74,000 was credited to my bank account. The remaining ₹26,000 has not been received.

I kindly request your assistance regarding my 100,000 INR withdrawal from Dafabet Casino, which has not been credited to my bank account since 14/09/2026, despite being marked as successful.

Dafabet confirmed that the withdrawal was successfully processed and provided the above UTR for tracking. However, the amount has still not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account.

I contacted my bank regarding the UTR, and they informed me that UTR 759034711057 could not be traced in their system.

Dafabet requested my bank statement for verification, which I provided in PDF format. I also provided an updated statement covering the period from 10/09/2026 until the current date to ensure all relevant transactions were included.

However, despite providing the requested documents, I continue to receive generic responses and repeated requests for the same bank statement, without receiving a clear update regarding the actual status of the payment.

I have fully cooperated with
Dafabet and provided all the information and documents requested. I therefore kindly request AskGamblers' assistance in obtaining a clear resolution regarding this withdrawal.

I would appreciate it if Dafabet could provide a clear update regarding the payment and UTR, or resolve the withdrawal if the funds were not successfully received by my bank.

I'm also attaching my bank statement with this complaint for verification. The statement covers the relevant period and confirms that the 100,000 INR withdrawal has not been credited to my account.

Hi my acc is fully verified and everything is fine but still am not able to receive any of my withdrawals, I am waiting since 25 august. They keep declining my withdrawal without any reason and even the latest withdrawals made on 10 th september got declined on 17 th sep which was the last date.

And if ask on chat or email they say its under review, it took so long time. I have 7 pending withdrawal and received not even a one.

Withdrawals Blocked Due to Unresolved Document Verification

I am submitting this complaint regarding the prolonged delay in verifying my documents, which has resulted in my withdrawals being blocked.

I submitted all the requested documents for verification 30 days ago, but I have still not received any proper response or resolution from the casino’s document verification team.

Whenever I contact customer support, I only receive the same copied-and-pasted response telling me to upload the documents again. I have followed their instructions multiple times and have submitted and sent all the required documents to the email addresses provided by their support team. Despite this, my verification remains unresolved and my withdrawals are still blocked.

It has now been 30 days, which is an unreasonable amount of time to wait without receiving a clear explanation or meaningful update. I have cooperated fully with the verification process and provided all the documents and proofs requested from me.

I am attaching/submitting all relevant evidence to this complaint, including my communications and proof of document submission.

I respectfully request the AskGamblers team to review my case and assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate your help in contacting the casino and requesting that they properly review my documents, complete the verification process, and restore my ability to withdraw my funds.
