Verifying process keep going and going

Hello,

I made a withdrawal, 120 euros and then there came email saying I should verify my account. I sent them what they requested and pictures were clear. Selfie with ID and picture of ID. I sent them selfie with passport, selfie with driving license - both clear, and picture of them both. There Is an automatic reply saying thanks for sending and I'll ae contacted on 24 hours. When you Ask status from them they answer 24-48 or whenever they want. I just want to have this process done as I sent documents now for the third time. I don't know what can I do different with them, so that my account gets verified. If the emails and my pictures are needed, let me know. I ofc respect safety but this seems like this won't never end and my money would stay there forever.

Now they are writing same thing again. This Time i should rake selfie with arms and hands visible. How do you take selfie with those requirements as tour another Hand IS required to take picture??? 😂😂😂😂😂 (My Brother took full body picture of me with passport and driving license already and 4-5 selfies with passport and driving license and sent separate picture of driving license and passport Many Times).

Not mirrored - i have asked Them to point out More than twice that tell me The certain detail that you need me to FIX on My documents. How can this operator still Be ongoing?? Dafabet please reply. I have all The sent and received emails saved and The documents that i have sent you with them.

verification delayed since July 16

I have been trying to complete my account verification and withdraw my funds since July 16, 2026.

When I made my first withdrawal attempt on July 16, I was asked to complete verification. I submitted the requested documents, including the front and back of my ID and a selfie with my ID.

Despite submitting everything requested, my verification remained pending until August 1 and my withdrawal attempts were declined. I was then asked to provide additional verification documents. I complied again and submitted the front and back of my Aadhaar card together with the requested selfie.

After waiting another 6–7 days, the verification was still not completed and I was asked for the same documents again. I have repeatedly complied with the verification requests, but the process keeps restarting instead of being completed.

Dafabet's notification states that document review and validation may take up to 72 hours. However, I have been trying to complete this verification since July 16, and today is August 7. More than three weeks have passed since the process started.

My transaction history also shows several declined withdrawal attempts during this period. My current balance is INR 104,200, and I am unable to successfully withdraw my funds because the verification process remains unresolved.

I am fully willing to complete any legitimate verification requirement, but I have already submitted the requested documents multiple times. I would like Dafabet to complete the verification without further unnecessary delays and allow me to withdraw my funds.

I have attached screenshots showing my withdrawal history, the "Documents under review" status, and Dafabet's notification stating that document review may take up to 72 hours.

I am filing this complaint regarding my deposit of INR 20,000.00, made on 31-07-2026 at 08:45:20 AM with Transaction ID: 524052157. Despite providing all the requested proofs, including the transaction details and payment evidence, the amount has still not been credited to my account.

The support team has failed to resolve the issue and continues to ignore my concerns. I have repeatedly followed up, but I have received no meaningful update, no clear explanation, and no resolution. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when a significant amount of money is involved.

I request an immediate investigation into this transaction, credit my deposit without any further delay, and provide a proper explanation for the prolonged delay. I also request that appropriate action be taken to ensure customers are not subjected to such negligence and inconvenience in the future. I am only seeking a fair resolution and justice for the amount that rightfully belongs to me.

Dafabet has successfully processed a withdrawal of 50000 inr to my bank, but there is no credit in my bank statement. I have checked with my bank manager, and I have uploaded all of my bank statements. There is no credit at all. It's been a month and I am losing hope. I didn't expect this from Dafabet.

Dafabet has not approved my documents since July 10th

I deposited INR 50,000 on 9 July 2026.

I requested my first withdrawal on 10 July 2026. After that, Dafabet requested KYC documents, which I submitted immediately.

Around 24 July 2026, Dafabet requested additional identity documents again. I provided the requested documents without delay.

Despite submitting all requested documents, my withdrawals have repeatedly been declined or kept pending for almost one month.

I have fully cooperated with every verification request, yet my account has still not been verified and my withdrawal has not been processed.

The attached evidence includes my deposit and withdrawal history showing the repeatedly declined withdrawals and the current pending withdrawal.

Dafabet has kept my KYC under review and delayed my withdrawal since 10 July 2026

I would like to submit a complaint regarding the prolonged delay of my KYC verification and withdrawal request.

I made my first deposit on 9 July 2026 and submitted my first withdrawal request on 10 July 2026.

After my withdrawal request, I was asked to complete KYC verification. I uploaded the requested documents immediately. Later, I was asked to provide another identification document, which I also submitted.

Despite providing all requested documents, my account has remained in "Documents Under Review" status for almost a month.

During this period, several withdrawal requests were declined, and my latest withdrawal request is still pending. I have not received any clear explanation about why my verification has not been completed or when I will be able to access my funds.

I have fully cooperated with every verification request, but the review process has been unreasonably delayed.

Dafabet has delayed my KYC verification and withdrawal since 5 July 2026

My KYC documents were submitted on 5 July 2026 and, since that date, my account has remained under review. More than 30 days have passed without my verification being completed or my withdrawal being processed.

I have contacted Dafabet live support many times. Every time I receive the same response: that my documents are still under review, they have followed up with the relevant team, and I should continue waiting. However, nothing has changed despite repeated follow-ups.

A screenshot confirming that my KYC documents are still under review.
Three live chat conversations where Dafabet repeatedly confirms that my documents are under review and asks me to wait.
