Verifying process keep going and going

Hello,

I made a withdrawal, 120 euros and then there came email saying I should verify my account. I sent them what they requested and pictures were clear. Selfie with ID and picture of ID. I sent them selfie with passport, selfie with driving license - both clear, and picture of them both. There Is an automatic reply saying thanks for sending and I'll ae contacted on 24 hours. When you Ask status from them they answer 24-48 or whenever they want. I just want to have this process done as I sent documents now for the third time. I don't know what can I do different with them, so that my account gets verified. If the emails and my pictures are needed, let me know. I ofc respect safety but this seems like this won't never end and my money would stay there forever.

Now they are writing same thing again. This Time i should rake selfie with arms and hands visible. How do you take selfie with those requirements as tour another Hand IS required to take picture??? 😂😂😂😂😂 (My Brother took full body picture of me with passport and driving license already and 4-5 selfies with passport and driving license and sent separate picture of driving license and passport Many Times).

Not mirrored - i have asked Them to point out More than twice that tell me The certain detail that you need me to FIX on My documents. How can this operator still Be ongoing?? Dafabet please reply. I have all The sent and received emails saved and The documents that i have sent you with them.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
