Verified account but withdrawals pending since 14 October 2025

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding multiple pending withdrawals despite my account being fully verified and all documents approved.

My KYC verification was completed and approved — the Dafabet system itself confirms “Your document(s) has been approved. We shall inform you if we need more information from you in the future.”
However, my withdrawal requests made on 14 October 2025 remain pending without any explanation or progress. Below are the details:
• 469387279 – ₹657 – DirePay – Pending
• 469387255 – ₹3,000 – GDPay – Pending
• 469387239 – ₹12,000 – Cozeni – Pending
• 469387223 – ₹30,000 – DirePay – Pending
• 469387202 – ₹15,000 – Cozeni – Pending
• 469387171 – ₹10,000 – GDPay – Pending
• 469387150 – ₹20,000 – DirePay – Pending
Total Withdrawal Value: ₹90,657
These transactions were initiated more than 48 hours ago, exceeding Dafabet’s stated withdrawal timeframe (24–48 hours). There has been no clear response or valid reason for the continued hold on my funds.
I have already emailed Dafabet support (vipsupport.inr@dafabet.com, support.inr@dafabet.com) and copied their licensing operator (complaints@emoore.com, complaints@the-emgroup.com) as well as Curaçao Gaming Authority ([email protected]).
I request AskGamblers ADR to kindly assist in ensuring Dafabet releases my approved withdrawals immediately.
