Verification Portal Error Blocking INR 374261 Withdrawal

Dear AskGamblers Team,
I would like to update my complaint regarding my unresolved withdrawals at Dafabet.
My withdrawal requests have been pending since 28 July 2026, and despite repeated follow-ups, my funds have still not been released.
Pending Withdrawals:
Transaction ID: 523724464 – INR 371,316
Transaction ID: 523724473 – INR 2,945
Total Pending Amount: INR 374,261
On 31 July 2026, I used Dafabet's Follow Up option for my withdrawal. The only response I received was an automated email stating that my request had been received and was under review. Unfortunately, no actual progress has been made, no timeframe has been provided, and my withdrawals remain pending.
Dafabet also requires document verification. I attempted to upload my verification documents through their website multiple times, but every attempt failed with the following error:
"Something went wrong. Please try again later."
This clearly indicates a technical issue on Dafabet's side, preventing me from completing the verification process through their portal.
To ensure there is no delay from my side, I have now manually submitted all requested verification documents by email to Dafabet's Payments and Documents teams. I also attached screenshots of:
The website upload error.
Both pending withdrawal transactions.
The automated follow-up email confirming that my request is under review.
I have fully cooperated with every request made by Dafabet. At this stage, the only obstacles preventing payment appear to be Dafabet's internal review process and the technical failure of their verification portal.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene once again and ask Dafabet to:
Confirm receipt and acceptance of my manually submitted verification documents.
Complete my verification without requiring the broken upload portal.
Explain the reason for the continued delay.
Release my pending withdrawals of INR 374,261 immediately.
I appreciate AskGamblers' assistance and hope this matter can now be resolved fairly and without further unnecessary delays. Thank you.
