Verification Pending and INR 342008 Balance Inaccessible

I am submitting this complaint regarding a prolonged verification issue on my Dafabet account.

Username: SHAHBAJ6

My account currently has a balance of approximately INR 342,008.71.

On 26 September 2026, I successfully withdrew INR 150,000 under Transaction ID 530225532.

On 27 September 2026, I attempted another withdrawal of INR 200,000, Transaction ID 530255079, but this withdrawal was declined.

I subsequently provided the requested verification documents. On 29 September 2026, Dafabet confirmed through an account notification that my documents had been submitted and were under review.

The notification specifically stated that document review and validation may take up to 72 hours and that I would be informed once the review was completed.

However, more than 72 hours have now passed and my verification is still unresolved. My funds remain in the account and I am unable to proceed normally with my withdrawal.

I have already provided the requested documents and I am simply waiting for Dafabet to complete the verification process.

I am asking Dafabet to complete the verification of my account without further unnecessary delay and allow me to withdraw my legitimate balance.

I can provide screenshots showing my current balance, transaction history, the declined INR 200,000 withdrawal and Dafabet's notification confirming that my documents are under review.

I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in resolving this matter.

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

On their request, I provided the following documents for KYC verification:

Despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines, the status remains pending, and I am recieveing unrelevant bot replies from their support email.

Withdrawal Disabled and Processing my withdrawal

My Dafabet account’s withdrawal function has been disabled

Username - < username removed > by the Dafabet team without providing any prior notice or explanation. As a result, I am unable to withdraw my funds from my Dafabet wallet.

I have repeatedly contacted their live chat support team, but my issue remains unresolved. Instead of providing a proper response or solution, I keep receiving generic, pre-written messages from their bots.

I have also contacted their email support team and sent emails regarding this issue. However, I have received only irrelevant automated responses, with no proper explanation or resolution from their side.

This situation has caused me significant stress and anxiety because my funds remain inaccessible, and I have no clear information about when my withdrawal facility will be restored.

The total amount of my funds currently stuck in my Dafabet account is ₹1,80,000

I am raising this complaint regarding an unresolved INR 99,950 withdrawal from Dafabet.

Dafabet marked this withdrawal as successful and provided a UTR. However, the amount has not been credited to my bank account.

On 6 October 2026, Dafabet support informed me that the payment had been processed on their end and that local bank transfers could take 1–4 banking days. I was also informed that the Payments Team would review the issue.

Despite following up with customer support, I have continued to receive generic responses without a clear resolution. As of 19 October 2026, the amount has neither been credited to my bank account nor refunded to my Dafabet wallet.

I have experienced previous withdrawal issues with Dafabet, including transactions that were eventually returned to my wallet. I am therefore concerned about the handling of this withdrawal and the lack of a clear resolution.

I even checked with my bank side and they confirmed UTR not traceable.

I request AskGamblers to help me obtain:

1. A proper investigation into transaction ID 531160567.
2. Verifiable proof of the actual payment status and transfer details.
3. If the transfer failed, an immediate refund of INR 99,950 to my Dafabet wallet, or successful payment to my bank account.

Providing my bank statement showing the missing credit, and correspondence with Dafabet support.

I request a specific resolution rather than another generic response stating that the payment has been processed.

I currently have a balance of 430.80 USD that I am unable to withdraw.

I am stuck in an endless loop with their system and support team.

Asked for verification but error is coming while uploading the documents

I was told to send my documents for account verification. I already verified my account but still dafabet asked me to verify my account. So in order to verify my account, I was told to submit my documents in my account section. While I was uploading my documents, an error was keep on coming. I mailed them this issue but I am keep getting the bot reply that upload it in account section. I mailed dafabet my documents multiple times but still getting the same response.
I have attached screenshots and want dafabet to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
