Verification of my account and release of withdrawals

I have 4 withdrawals pending with the following ids and amount

523943608 for 1900 PKR

523953023 for 1300 PKR

523967370 for 900 PKR

523974157 for 1000 PKR

I contacted live chat and was asked to submit in documents section a selfie with holding National ID (front and back).
I visited documents section but the documents section says "No action is required at the moment. We will contact you via SMS/Email if we need any information from you"
Consequently I informed the the helpline on chat and he said that send it to support.inr@dafabet.com and subsequently I sent them the documents via email. I got a response back from them that the documents are not accepted via email and I have to submit it in documents section. But the documents section still shows that no action is rrequired. So the question is where do i submit my ID in order to verify my account and release of withdrawals..

Therefore, I am submitting my selfie with ID here along with the proof that the documents section is closed and says no action required and I request Askgamblers to invtervene and help me to verify my account and release of my 4 withdrawals amounting to in total of 5100 PKR.

My account got verified on 1st August 2026 and now again my withdrawals are pending for a long time. I contacted helpine chat serveral times and I am getting the same generic responses. (Screenshots attached) The following transaction IDs with total amount of 24400 PKR needs to be processed immediately please.

524580116 , 524580490 , 524582440 , 524583296 , 524583564 , 524584074 , 524599162.

I kindly request to release my withdrawals without any further delay, please.

Has not credited 26000 from my 100000 withdrawal

I made a ₹100,000 withdrawal from my Dafabet account, but only ₹74,000 was credited to my bank account. The remaining ₹26,000 has not been received.

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 8 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹1800 (INR).

Dafabet Casino 100000 INR withdrawal not credited since 14092026 Despite Being Marked as Successful

I kindly request your assistance regarding my 100,000 INR withdrawal from Dafabet Casino, which has not been credited to my bank account since 14/09/2026, despite being marked as successful.

Dafabet confirmed that the withdrawal was successfully processed and provided the above UTR for tracking. However, the amount has still not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account.

I contacted my bank regarding the UTR, and they informed me that UTR 759034711057 could not be traced in their system.

Dafabet requested my bank statement for verification, which I provided in PDF format. I also provided an updated statement covering the period from 10/09/2026 until the current date to ensure all relevant transactions were included.

However, despite providing the requested documents, I continue to receive generic responses and repeated requests for the same bank statement, without receiving a clear update regarding the actual status of the payment.

I have fully cooperated with
Dafabet and provided all the information and documents requested. I therefore kindly request AskGamblers' assistance in obtaining a clear resolution regarding this withdrawal.

I would appreciate it if Dafabet could provide a clear update regarding the payment and UTR, or resolve the withdrawal if the funds were not successfully received by my bank.

I'm also attaching my bank statement with this complaint for verification. The statement covers the relevant period and confirms that the 100,000 INR withdrawal has not been credited to my account.

I am attaching my statement for the last three months up to today.

It is showing as successful, and you have given a UTR, but I am sure that the UTR is for a failed transaction because my Airtel Payments Bank account was put under UPI restrictions.

Please look into this matter and reverse the amount to my Dafabet wallet.

I have lost access to my old email account and wanted to change email id in my acount. I contacted dafabet 10 days ago and completed the verification and documentation process n accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. But it's been 10 days they are still verifying and not updating the email id. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my account and funds.

I have followed up multiple times with the Dafabet support team and have not heard.

Withdrawal not received even after ac being fully verified

Hi my acc is fully verified and everything is fine but still am not able to receive any of my withdrawals, I am waiting since 25 august. They keep declining my withdrawal without any reason and even the latest withdrawals made on 10 th september got declined on 17 th sep which was the last date.

And if ask on chat or email they say its under review, it took so long time. I have 7 pending withdrawal and received not even a one.

I have kept deposit of amount 40436 but followed up long time but not credited. This transaction happened on April 19th 2026.

Withdrawals Blocked Due to Unresolved Document Verification

I am submitting this complaint regarding the prolonged delay in verifying my documents, which has resulted in my withdrawals being blocked.

I submitted all the requested documents for verification 30 days ago, but I have still not received any proper response or resolution from the casino’s document verification team.

Whenever I contact customer support, I only receive the same copied-and-pasted response telling me to upload the documents again. I have followed their instructions multiple times and have submitted and sent all the required documents to the email addresses provided by their support team. Despite this, my verification remains unresolved and my withdrawals are still blocked.

It has now been 30 days, which is an unreasonable amount of time to wait without receiving a clear explanation or meaningful update. I have cooperated fully with the verification process and provided all the documents and proofs requested from me.

I am attaching/submitting all relevant evidence to this complaint, including my communications and proof of document submission.

I respectfully request the AskGamblers team to review my case and assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate your help in contacting the casino and requesting that they properly review my documents, complete the verification process, and restore my ability to withdraw my funds.
