Verification for withdrawal processing


Hi,

I have placed 4 withdrawals, Dafabet security team told to process my withdrawals I have to submit PAN & HLV documents for account verification to process my withdrawals as per the request blow:

1. Uncropped Photo of valid Pan ID with clear name and photograph with all 4 edges clearly visible. Scanned, Photocopy, and Screenshot from phone ARE NOT accepted.

2. A photo of you holding your PAN ID, next to your face with the arms and shoulder fully visible and ID information clearly readable once zoomed

3. Proof of address such as Bank Statement or Billing

I have submitted it as per the requested format from my registered Dafabet email to mailer: inrdoc­ume­nts­@da­fab­et.com

More than 15 times I have sent but still Dafabet team saying that they are not attachments and also if they received those are not clear this type of they telling me it's not fair I have submitted each and every clear

Please Askgamblers and Dafabet help me on this issue ASAP.
