Verification and withdrawal delay

I would like to file a complaint against Dafabet regarding a withdrawal that has been pending for 30 days without any successful processing or clear resolution.

I have contacted Dafabet customer support multiple times

Support has not provided a clear completion date or satisfactory explanation for the delay

My account is fully verified and I have complied with all requested verification requirements

I respectfully request AskGamblers to assist in obtaining:

An immediate review of my withdrawal.

Processing of the pending withdrawal without further unnecessary delays.

A clear explanation from Dafabet regarding the reason for the prolonged processing time.

Dafabet is declining my withdrawal in the name of account verification.

For the last 20 days I have been emailing them about my account verification.

I uploaded the requested documents in my accounts documents tab and it is showing " your documents have been received and we are reviewing them'

This process has taken too long and as a result of this they are holding my withdrawals. They are total disputed amount is 100000 inr.

In emails they are sending me bot type similar email every time.

@askgamblers team, I am ready to provide them with any other documents that they require from me. Kindly tell them to reply to my email thread. If they want new documents, then kindly reopen the documents tab, so that I can upload documents as per their needs.

Dafabet has disabled withdrawal in my account. As a result, I am not able to place withdrawal requests. As soon as I try to place the requests, it shows a code 310 error.

I emailed them, the Dafabet team, multiple times, but they sent me the same irrelevant email to every email.

So I have lost hope in their email support team. I have only hope in you to get this resolved.

Total disputed amount is 102137 inr

I request you to please intervene here and tell the Dafabet team to send me a guided email, that what I need to do in order to enable the withdrawal section of my account.

If they want me to do re-account verification, I am happy to do that; all I need is to get withdrawal enabled so that I can withdraw my funds.

I have deposited 120000 INR on June 16th, and it's been 6 days since I made the deposit, but still my amount is not credited.

Every time I check with Dafabet support, they are simply giving a bot reply that we made a follow-up. But it's already been 6 days.

I made an iCash deposit of 120000, and the amount has been deducted from the voucher. iCash has confirmed that the amount is credited to the merchant. Please find the merchant invoice copy provided by iCash.

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.

I would like to raise a complaint against Dafabet regarding a pending withdrawal that has not yet been processed.

I submitted a withdrawal request for ₹968,276. After submitting the request, I contacted Dafabet’s live chat support for an update. The support team informed me that I needed to upload additional verification documents, including the front and back of my ID and a photo of myself holding the ID.

However, I have already completed this verification process. The requested documents were uploaded, reviewed, and approved by Dafabet before I submitted my withdrawal request. I explained this to the support representative, but I was repeatedly instructed to upload the same documents again despite the verification already being completed.

I am attaching screenshots showing the approved verification status and my communication with the support team.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and assist in having my withdrawal processed as soon as possible. Since the required verification has already been completed and approved, I respectfully ask that Dafabet proceed with releasing my withdrawal funds without further unnecessary delays.

Dafabet team asked me to upload the id and selfie holding id on my account's documents tab in order to verify my account and process my withdrawal.

On their instructions, I have uploaded the requested documents on 17th may 2026. After I submitted the requested documents, notification said "We have received your documents and it takes up to 72 hours to process documents".

So I waited, and more than 72 hours have passed but till now my account verification is still showing under review and neither my withdrawal has been processed. It's under pending status.

I tried to communicate with them to take an update on this matter, but to my email they are just sending me bot type same reply every time, which is not even related to my account verification.
