I am writing to formally complain about Dafabet’s failure to reopen my account despite multiple attempts and compliance with their verification requests.

Issue Summary:

My account has been closed for a long time, and despite my repeated requests, Dafabet has failed to reopen it. I have provided all the required documents for verification, including:

1. Aadhaar ID

2. A photo of me holding my Aadhaar ID

3. My bank account statement for address verification

I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and chat, yet they either fail to respond or keep delaying my request without any resolution. Their customer support initially acknowledged my request and assured me that my account reopening was under review. However, it has been weeks, and I still have no access to my account.

Additional Concerns:

Unresponsive Support: Despite following up several times, I have only received generic responses or no response at all.

Account Balance: My account currently holds ₹73,700, which is inaccessible due to their refusal to reopen it.

Failure to Honor Their Own Policies: Dafabet initially confirmed that upon document verification, my account would be reopened, but they have failed to honor this commitment.

Requested Resolution:

I request AskGamblers to intervene in this matter and ensure Dafabet reopens my account or processes a full withdrawal of my funds. Their lack of action is causing unnecessary frustration and financial inconvenience.

I have attached relevant email conversations and screenshots as proof.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Dafabet Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

Thank you for the reply.


However, I would like to clarify that:


1. My account was reopened after I raised a complaint on AskGamblers.



2. Once reopened, I submitted a valid withdrawal request of ₹67,004.



3. Without providing a valid reason, Dafabet declined my withdrawal and adjusted ₹30,600 manually from my balance.



4. Now, I am unable to place any bets or make a withdrawal from my account — my access is completely restricted.




You mentioned that the account is active for withdrawal, but in reality, no withdrawal is being processed and ₹30,600 has been deducted without my consent.


If there is a violation of Terms & Conditions (such as multiple accounts), I request Dafabet to share clear and specific proof. I am fully ready to cooperate and resolve any concerns, but taking funds without proper explanation is unfair and unacceptable.


I request AskGamblers to help ensure that:


My remaining balance is refunded,


The ₹30,600 deduction is explained in full,


And I am treated fairly as a customer.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the handling of my account and funds. After my account was initially closed without a clear reason, it was reopened following my complaint on AskGamblers. I then submitted a valid withdrawal request of ₹67,004, but it was suddenly declined, and ₹30,600 was manually adjusted from my balance without any prior notice or proper explanation.


Furthermore, I have noticed that I am currently not allowed to place bets or even withdraw my remaining funds. This situation is extremely unfair, especially considering I have not been provided with any proper justification or proof of a major violation.


I have reviewed your Terms & Conditions, including paragraph 9, and I could not find any specific justification for deducting such a large amount and restricting my account without due process.


Therefore, I kindly request:


1. A detailed explanation and justification for the ₹30,600 adjustment.



2. Immediate processing of my remaining balance.



3. Clarity on the current status of my account and the restrictions applied.



4. Full transparency and fair treatment as a genuine customer.




I request AskGamblers to kindly look into this matter and ensure I receive a fair and timely resolution.
