Unresolved deposit of 50000 INR pending for 11 days
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit of 50,000 INR made on 17th February 2026, which has not been credited to my gaming account (Username: Sunilmondl) or refunded even after 11 days.

The Issue:
Due to an unintentional mistake, I transferred 50,000 INR from my friend's PhonePe account. I am fully aware of Dafabet's policy regarding third-party deposits. I have shared all the proofs with their customer support immediately after the transaction.
However, for the last 11 days, I have only received the same generic response: "A follow-up has been initiated with the payment partner... funds will be added to your wallet once confirmed.
Despite providing the successful transaction receipt and UTR, there is no progress. This delay of 11 days for a "follow-up" is unreasonable.
Desired Resolution:
Since this was a third-party deposit, I am not asking for the funds to be credited to my gaming wallet. I request a full REFUND of 50,000 INR back to the original source (sender's bank account).
I have attached the Bank's account statement, PhonePe successful payment screenshot, and the deposit history from my Dafabet account as evidence.
