Unjustly charging me over €1,300 in banking fees

Please be informed that per our Terms of Use section 7.5 - "We reserve the right to apply ahandling charge on deposits and withdrawals to cover third party transactions costs dependingon the selected payment method. We shall inform you if you will be subjected to this handling charge."

This was only answer to my questions.
I was quite for long time but 3.11.2018 I went to play in Dafabet casino. I deposited 30 000EUR while i still had 450 eur in sport section.

In time of deposit I was not informed that I am compolsary to pay their reposibility to pay banking fees. I can say dafabet make money on losing players but not only they size winnings from slight winners. If i were informed in advance that I am fully compolsary to pay banking fees I would need to know how much I have to pay in forehand - I dont agree if it is done in way it happened to me that Dafabet decided to apply their T&C inappropriately. Not mention that I had very little of deposit in the past.

When I wagered my deposit more than once having swings and risking my own funds. (being down 5000EUR in live dealer and down 2000EUR in their casino black jack game) at the end I make it back. My winnings covered my loses and fully aware that my deposit has been rollover over more than once I requested withdrawal of 30 600EUR. This means I transfered 450 eur from my sport balance to my casino balance and requested 30 600EUR. My winning was 150EUR.
After this on the next day my account was locked and put on hold for 5 days investigation. Letting me know that this is standard procedure. (standart procedure is when comapny send you an email and request documents from you to verify account and process payment afterwards) But Dafabet is different they did not send email or asked for documents they simply silently locked my account and kept me waiting easily 5 days.

Not mentioning how to make legit complaint to license - absence of information under which license is Dafabet accepting customers of Europe. I asked them every day how to make officail complaint with no asnwer.

Standard checks procedure in Dafabet is frustrating to read it. I sskip this for this moment.

At last I can have only nice feedback for agents taking my query fifth day. All previos days were disaster leading to nowhere.

I was paid 29 380.5 EUR today 8.11.2018 which means Dafabet charged me 1219.5EUR making my win of 150 EUR into losing customer of 1369.5EUR which I fully disagree and I hope in resolve this issue.
If there exist any reason why this was charged on my I want to know but I have not heard asnwer from dafabet for last 5 days.

I will be very happy to inform this issue will be solved and charged fee refunded to me. Otherwise illogically makes winners comes into loser at Dafabet.

You never mentioned to me term Terms of Use: 7.4 it says

For the avoidance of doubt your Account shall not be used by you as a bank Account and, should we become aware of deposits into and withdrawals from your Account without commensurate betting or gaming activity, we reserve the right to deduct an administration charge.

Can you describe better to how you decide what is meant by commensurate betting activity?

If you this I had small bet size YOU are wrong as I was taking bets over 2000EUR in most of the case. I have wagered over 30000EUR which was my deposit. I see no lack of activity.

I gladly ask you in front of public to be fair to your customers.

I deposited on 12/06/2026 at 8:45:29 pm RS 9000/- to dafabet casino, but I still have not received it to my wallet. I tried to reach dafa bet customer support but I could not because I am getting all bot agent responses. This happens more times in a year and some amount I didn't get. They simply told receiver didn't receive your money and they closed the issue. I request you kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Account Verification for Withdrawal

I would like to file a complaint regarding the excessive delay in my account verification and the pending status of my withdrawals.

Repeatedly declining withdrawals of 202396

I would like to raise a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding my pending withdrawal and repeated withdrawal rejections.
My Dafabet account username is Oourddin and my registered email is [email protected].
I had a significant wagering requirement pending, and during that period Dafabet had already restricted my account and reduced my betting limit to below ₹100. Even under those restrictions, I continued playing and completed the wagering requirement.
After completing the wagering, my withdrawal amount became ₹202,396. However, Dafabet has continuously delayed, cancelled, or declined my withdrawal requests instead of processing my funds.
From my withdrawal history, I have faced multiple rejected or cancelled withdrawals, including:

Dafabet also asked me to submit verification documents. I complied and uploaded the requested documents. Their own system notifications show:
On 05/06/2026, they confirmed my documents had been submitted and were under review, with review time up to 72 hours.
On 12/06/2026, they again asked me to upload required documents according to instructions sent to my registered email or phone.
On 14/06/2026, they again confirmed that my documents had been submitted and were under review.

This clearly shows that I have been cooperating and submitting the requested documents. Despite that, my withdrawals continue to be delayed or declined, and I have not received a proper, final, transparent explanation.
My concern is simple: if Dafabet had compliance concerns, they should have clearly resolved them during verification. It is unfair to let me complete wagering, repeatedly request documents, and still keep declining or delaying my withdrawal without a clear resolution.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Dafabet to clarify:
Why my withdrawal requests have been repeatedly declined or cancelled
Why my documents are repeatedly requested even after submission
Whether my verification is approved or if any specific document is still pending
On what exact rule or term they are withholding or delaying my funds
When my full withdrawal amount of ₹202,396 will be processed

I have screenshots showing my account details, registered email, document submission notifications, and withdrawal history with repeated declined and cancelled requests.
I request a fair resolution and immediate processing of my withdrawal.

Too much delayed verification

Hi this is frustrating me to writing this here. I have never seen a pathetic service from any platform like Dafabet. For my every email they are just sending me same bot irrevant reply , which is so dissapointing to see.
