Two withdrawals 11600 and 10000 INR have not been credited to my bank account

I am writing to file a complaint against Dafabet for two withdrawal transactions that were approved but never credited to my bank account.

It has now been 6 days since the withdrawals were initiated, and the funds have still not been credited to my bank account. I contacted Dafabet live chat on both 18/05/2026 (agent: Pandu) and 19/05/2026 (agent: Thota). On both occasions, the agents only repeated the same scripted response about 1–4 banking days, refused to escalate the matter, provided no tracking information, and offered no concrete resolution despite my pointing out that the stated timeframe had elapsed.
