Two successful UPI deposits not credited or refunded for over a month

I submitted my verification documents to Dafabet on July 31 and was told that the review would be completed within 72 hours. It has now been more than one week, but my verification status still shows “Documents under review.”

I have contacted Dafabet several times by email and live chat. Their support agents have only told me to keep waiting, without providing any meaningful update or a clear completion time.

My withdrawal has now also been rejected because the verification remains unresolved. I have complied with Dafabet’s verification requirements, but the review has taken far longer than the promised 72 hours, preventing me from accessing my funds.

I am asking Dafabet to resolve this issue immediately by completing my account verification and processing my withdrawal without any further delay.

I made 3 deposits with dafabet sportsbook but none of them got credited to my dafabet account. I have been in constant touch with them regarding deposit issue for the last 70 days but they were not helpful. I also provided them screenshots but they never credited my funds. I am filing this complaint because Dafabet has kept my account verification pending for more than a week despite receiving all my verification documents.

My account (Username: < username removed >) still shows “Documents under review,” and customer support has only been giving generic responses asking me to wait, without providing any update or estimated completion time.

At the same time, my withdrawals have been left pending for more than 48 hours, preventing me from accessing my funds. The pending withdrawals are:

* Transaction ID: 524571200 – INR 98,136.00 – Pending

* Transaction ID: 524571120 – INR 99,864.00 – Pending

I have already complied with all verification requirements. If any additional documents are needed, Dafabet should inform me instead of keeping both my verification and withdrawals pending.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Dafabet to complete my account verification immediately and process my pending withdrawals without any further unnecessary delay.

I am submitting this complaint because Dafabet has been unnecessarily delaying the verification of my account despite all required documents being submitted 7 days ago.

My account (Username: < username removed >) currently has a balance of INR 61,701.33, and the Documents section still shows that my documents are “under review.” Despite contacting customer support several times through Live Chat and email, I continue to receive only generic responses asking me to wait. No explanation or estimated timeframe has been provided.

In addition, several of my withdrawal requests have been declined without any proper reason. The latest declined withdrawal is:

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Dafabet to complete my account verification as soon as possible, explain the reason for the withdrawal declines, and allow me to access my funds without further unnecessary delays.

My Dafabet withdrawal has been disabled for the last 2 months since 03 June 2026.

Whenever I try to withdrawl my funds, it says a code 310 error, and on the transaction history page, it says withdrawal disabled.

I contacted their support team by email multiple times, but they are just sending random bot replies and are unable to solve my matter for the last 2 months.

Total disputed amount is 705265 INR

I request AskGamblers to please intervene here and ask the Dafabet team to kindly please enable the withdrawal function of my account.

Currently, the withdrawal function is disabled, so please enable it.

Also, when I go to my account documents page, it says documents verified: 'your documents have been approved'

Following your recommendation, I contacted Dafabet again and gave them additional time to resolve my issue. It has now been almost 10 days, and I have continued communicating with them through email.

Unfortunately, my issue is still not resolved.

Dafabet continues to send only generic responses, stating that:

My withdrawal is being reviewed.

They are following up with their payment team.

They will update me once they receive feedback.

However, they have never provided a UTR/Bank Transfer Reference Number, proof of payment, or any evidence that my INR 4,000 withdrawal was successfully transferred to my bank account. The funds have still not been credited.

Following your advice, I also contacted the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and they acknowledged my complaint. They advised me that while they do not mediate individual disputes, the information I provide may assist them in identifying potential regulatory breaches.

For your review, I have attached:

2025 and 2026 bank statements, clearly showing that the INR 4,000 withdrawal has never been credited to my account.

Recent screenshots of my email conversations with Dafabet, demonstrating that they continue to send only generic responses without resolving the issue.
