Two Deposits Pending

Hi,

Two deposits are pending, INR 2000 and INR 1000.

These deposits were made on 31/12/2025.

I’ve sent out multiple emails to the dafabet CS team, however, I’ve never got a response from them.

1) Transaction ID: 482963993
Date: 31/12/2025 - 06:57:16 PM IST
Amount : 1000 INR
UTR Number : 536506911796

The status of the transaction shows as failed in the Cashier page and haven’t got my money credited yet.

2) Transaction ID: 482815997
Date: 31/12/2025 - 04:56:09 AM IST
Amount: 2000 INR
UTR number: 394648491620

The status of this transaction still shows pending and money has not been credited to my account.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
