Both amounts were successfully deducted from my bank account, but they are still not reflected in my Dafabet account balance.
I have contacted Dafabet’s live chat support multiple times, but they keep repeating the same response without providing a proper explanation.
I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help resolve this matter. I can provide bank statements and payment screenshots as proof if required.
