Two Deposits Debited but Not Credited or Refunded Dafabet 20000 and 18000

I am filing a complaint against Dafabet regarding two deposits that were deducted from my bank account but were neither credited to my Dafabet account nor refunded.

My name is Kallepalli Pavan Varma and my Dafabet username is pavanvrm90.

On 7th February 2026, I made two deposits using UPI through the payment methods provided by Dafabet:

First transaction: ₹18,000 on 07 Feb 2026 at 07:11 PM with Dafabet transaction ID 491591478 and UTR 646565202055.

Second transaction: ₹20,000 on 07 Feb 2026 at 08:49 PM with Dafabet transaction ID 491642159 and reference number 603853473714.

Both transactions were successfully completed from my side, and the amounts were debited from my bank account. I have valid proof including bank statements, payment screenshots, transaction IDs, and UTR/reference numbers.

However, both deposits are still not credited to my Dafabet account. I have been continuously following up with Dafabet through email for more than 50 days, and I have full email communication as proof. Every time I contact them, they respond by saying the transaction is “in progress”, “under investigation”, or that they are “waiting for confirmation from the payment provider”. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution and no proper update.

This is highly unacceptable as the money has already been debited from my account, and I used the official payment methods provided by Dafabet. The responsibility lies entirely with Dafabet to either credit the funds or refund the amount.

I request immediate action to either credit the total amount of ₹38,000 to my Dafabet account or refund the full amount back to my bank account. I have attached all necessary proofs including bank statements, transaction receipts, and complete email communication history.
