Trying to convince me that missing 1501 EUR payment is actually a handling fee on previous withdrawals

Dafabet approved my withdrawal, but I received on 1501 euro less than than I should have.
For first time they said me: "In line with your manual withdrawal concern, this has already been adjusted, the remaining funds of EUR 1,501 has already processed. Please allow for your funds to be credited instantly with internal processing time of within 2 hours." But I don't received it.
For second time they said: "In regards with your withdrawal concern, the EUR 1,501 is a transaction fee for your withdrawal transactions on your Dafabet account. As per Dafabet's Terms of Use 7.5 : "We reserve the right to apply a handling charge on deposits and withdrawals to cover third party transactions costs depending on the selected payment method. We shall inform you if you will be subjected to this handling charge."
But dafabet didn't inform me. They stand on this position and don't want to hear that they break their own rules.

I didn't use my account for bank account. Why you think I do that? I think it's mistake from your part, because you compare my wager with my deposit amount, but I can't wager enough, because you blocked me after 1 or 2 hours after my deposit.

Terms of Use: 7.4 ……………………… For the avoidance of doubt your Account shall not be used by you as a bank Account and, should we become aware of deposits into and withdrawals from your Account without commensurate betting or gaming activity, we reserve the right to deduct an administration charge

About Terms of Use: 7.5 — Dafabet confirmed that they informed me about fee from 26/07/2018, but they charge fee at 25/07/2018. So, dafabet charge fee without informed me (against their rules).
About Terms of Use: 7.4 — I didn't use my account like bank account. Dafabet closed my account while I playing after a few hours when deposit was approved. So, I can't do enough betting or gaming activity.

Dear Askgamblers Team, I am submitting this complaint regarding two delayed withdrawal transactions that remain unresolved despite multiple follow-ups with customer support.

The platform informed me that Local Bank Transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 banking days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Despite this, I have not received the funds.

Customer support acknowledged the delay and stated that the INR 27,000 withdrawal is under review with their payment partner. However, they have not provided any expected resolution timeline. They have repeatedly asked me to wait without offering a concrete update.

I respectfully request an immediate investigation and resolution. If the transfers cannot be completed, I request that both amounts be promptly returned to my gaming wallet. If the transfers have already been processed, I request the relevant UTR/reference numbers and proof of transfer for both transactions.

I have attached the available transaction details and correspondence with customer support for reference.

I am writing to file an official complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account, despite multiple follow-ups via live chat and email.
On June 6, 2026, at 11:33 PM, I made a deposit intended for my Dafabet account via HTPay Banking. The payment was processed successfully from my end via PhonePe, but the status on the Dafabet deposit page is still showing as "Pending."

Dafabet delaying withdrawal even after completing veriifcation

Hi Ask gambler's team,

My earlier complaints were rejected because of gap in your understanding of my problem. Please read the issue in detail below.

Dafabet blocked my withdrawals 10 days back and asked for pan and photo with pan for verification.

I have provided all the necessary documentation required for verification clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines and the documents are verified 4 days ago, but the withdrawals are still not processed. You can check their reply screenshot stating verification is complete.

Since verification is complete, they should be processing my withdrawals but if I ask them to process my withdrawal, I am getting irrelevant replies regarding deposit. I think the bots are replying.

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements and the verification is also completed but the issue with withdrawal still remains unresolved. If they want any additional documents for verification I am ready to give them but they are not giving me proper response to resolve the issue. I called them and emailed them but all I am getting is standard deposit bot replies. Please check it yourself in the screenshot.

I kindly request your intervention to help allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

Account documents verification taking too long

My dafabet userid is < username removed ?

My withdrawal got declined and reason they gave was to submit account verification documents.

So i uploaded the requested documents in my accounts documents tab ( My id and selfie holding the id ). I uploaded them 4 days ago but till now it is showing documents have been submitted and we are reviewing them. According to them, only account documents verification takes 24-48 hours which has already surpassed and in email also I sent them. But they are sending irrelevant reply like - to validate your deposit concern something.

I am asking them about my verification status and they are replying with deposit concern which is irrelevant.

@askgamblers please intervene and tell dafabet team that documents have already been sent to their team and uploaded to the website but till now the account is not verified and due to that my withdrawal is pending.

@dafabet please verify my account now and process my withdrawal.

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.
