Three Deposits Not Credited Common Wallet Showing Pending for Over 2 Days

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding three deposits that I made to my Common Wallet in Dafabet Casino which have still not been credited to my account.

I made three separate deposit transactions all of which were successfully completed from my bank or payment provider side but the amount has not been reflected in my Dafabet account. The transactions are still showing as Pending even though more than two days have passed since the transactions were made.

This delay is causing inconvenience and concern as the funds have already been debited from my account.

I am attaching the following for your reference and verification

I kindly request you to investigate this issue urgently and credit the deposited amount to my Common Wallet at the earliest or provide a clear update on the status of these transactions

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
