They are not providing my deposit

I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit of 15000 INR (Transaction ID: 496449057) made on March 6, 2026. Due to UPI limits, I deposited 15000 instead of the requested 19900 and submitted the UTR.
I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times via calls, emails, and live chat. Every time, their representatives assure me that the balance will be credited within 15 minutes, but it has been days and the funds are still missing. They are repeatedly giving false timelines without resolving the issue.
I request your intervention to ensure my 15000 INR is either credited to my account or refunded immediately
