They are not processing my deposit worth of 25000

Dafabet is not responding and assisting regarding my deposit. I made a deposit of ₹25,000 and despite processing my deposit and assisting me they are making false allegations that it was used transaction. I mean why would I do that after making a successful deposit. I even asked for further evidence but they aren’t even responding.

Respected askgamblers,
I made a deposit of ₹25,000 on 5th November 10:48 am and immediately after depositing I waited for 10 minutes but the transaction amount wasn’t credited to my account. I made another deposit of ₹25,000 immediately at 11:01am as I have to place a bet within next few minutes. Dafabet credited only single deposit of ₹25,000 and marked the other transaction as duplicate one.
Despite of asking for supporting information I didn’t get enough assistance from their support team. Instead I have received emails regarding deposit of ₹12,000 on 2nd November.
@dafabet please explain how can I deposit on 2nd November when I created my account on 5th November and made my first deposit.
And the very next day I have received another mail about the deposit of ₹25,000 made on 6th November 3:48 IST.
@dafabet please explain how can I deposit ₹25,000 on 6th November when I made deposits on only 5th November.
