The casino refuses to provide me with an alternative withdrawal method

Hello. I can't decide problem with the Dafabet casino. I used my Skrill account to deposit to the casino account. I used a Skrill account a long time, so Skrill's support team checked my wallet. According to the result of the check, my wallet was blocked forever. I can never use my Skrill account again. To get a withdrawal from the casino, I asked casino employees to provide me an alternative withdrawal method. Casino employees refuse to do it. They repeat that I have to withdraw funds through Skrill, I explain that it is impossible. I can never use Skrill again. It happens again and again. I asked them to withdraw my money to a bank card or an Ecopayz wallet. They refused to do it too. I think they have to give me the option to withdraw money in another way if I can't get money to Skrill for reasons which don't depend on me.

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.
