Sports deposit issue

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding a missing deposit of ₹500 that occurred on 17th January 2026. Despite providing clear bank proof, the casino support is intentionally delaying the resolution.

Time of Missing Deposit: 12:28:40 PM IST

The Problem with Support:

I have contacted their support team multiple times and have received identical, scripted replies from 4 to 5 different agents (including A. Shiva Sai). Every agent sends the same "working on it" template without actually verifying the UTR 480726790223 with their payment gateway.

The money was successfully debited from my bank, but the operator is failing to add it to my wallet ADITYA125.

Following the submitter’s inappropriate behaviour. The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

I am disappointed that AskGamblers is allowing the casino to post the same generic response every 96 hours without any actual progress. It has been more than 2 months for a simple ₹500 deposit.

The dafebet casino is clearly using stalling tactics. If they cannot verify a simple transaction in this much time, it shows a lack of intent to resolve the issue. I request the AskGamblers team to stop accepting these template replies and ask the dafabet casino for a final 'Yes' or 'No' regarding the credit. If they fail to provide a resolution now, please mark this case as unresolved so other players can see their service quality."
