showing withdrawal Successfu but funds not received since 23rd April 2026
Hello AskGamblers Team,I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet (Username: Hemsagar95). On 23rd April 2026, I requested a manual withdrawal of ₹40,000 INR. On the Dafabet platform, the transaction status is incorrectly marked as "Successful". However, these funds have absolutely NOT been credited to my bank account. It has been nearly a month now. I have continuously shared my official bank statements in PDF format with their Indian support team (support.inr@dafabet.com), proving zero credit. Every time, they give the exact same automated response, asking me to wait and claiming that it is under review by their team. They are refusing to reverse the amount back to my gaming wallet and are failing to provide a valid UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number so that my bank can track it. Please intervene and mandate Dafabet to either provide the concrete financial proof (UTR number) or roll back the ₹40,000 INR into my Dafabet account immediately.
