Since august I am unable to make a sucessful withdrawal of 71 EUR. I keep sending and uploading documents, and they never verify them or ask for anything else. No reply. And the withdrawal is just declined. I went to live chat many times, emailed them, but they always say to send the documents. I have uploaded on their website, I have emailed my ID a few times... And they keep declining a withdrawal without any explanation.
