Rude customer service and verification and withdrawal problem

I already made a complaint but I didn't include any evidence. Now all emails are attached. (I have also chats if this is not enough.) Shortly: My documents are not verified and communication is not working with dafabet. Chat is useless. Emails are not answered or just repeats same things. I have 423€ in my account but I can't withdraw them. Reason is that I have not rolled over my deposit. But my account is locked that I can't place bets. This is unfair and plain stealing. I have placed only one bet and haven't done anything wrong. Why are they doing that to me?

I received my money but this was a nightmare. Stay away from Dafabet. It took a month to withdraw my money. Customer service was incompetent and illiterate. Or maybe they had fun when they fucked with me and kept repeating same things, played dumb and finally ignored my messages. Thank you Askgamblers!

Deposit and withdrawal Issue
I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet Sports account (Username: SREEDHARMISHRA1).

I have four successful deposit transactions that were debited from my bank account but were never credited to my Dafabet account, along with one withdrawal request that has remained pending. These issues have been unresolved for more than six months, despite multiple follow-ups and support tickets.

I have already provided all the required information to Dafa Sports multiple times, including bank statements, transaction screenshots, and email correspondence. However, I have not received a meaningful response or resolution.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
