Request for Assistance 20000 Deposit Not Credited to Dafabet Account

Dear AskGamblers Support Team,


I kindly request your assistance in resolving my deposit issue with Dafabet.


I was required to make a payment of ₹19,999, but I deposited ₹20,000 (₹1 extra). The payment was successfully processed, and the amount has been debited from my bank account. I also submitted the UTR number successfully.


However, despite following up multiple times, there has been no improvement, and the amount has still not been credited to my Dafabet Sports account.


Please find the attached screenshots and payment proofs for your reference


Transaction Details:

Deposit Amount: ₹20,000

Required Amount: ₹19,999

UTR Number: 617019763566

Payment Status: Successful and debited from bank account

Issue: Amount not credited to Dafabet Sports account


I sincerely request AskGamblers to investigate and help resolve this matter as soon as possible by coordinating with Dafabet and ensuring that my deposit is either credited to my account or refunded.


Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
Provide a detailed written explanation, supported by the specific clause of your Terms and Conditions, explaining why my withdrawal was declined.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will consider escalating my complaint by:

1. Sharing my experience on social media and consumer review platforms;
2. Filing complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities and any applicable gaming regulatory body; and
