Regarding verification of my account

Daily I’m sending all the documents they have asked for number of times but still they are delaying the verification process. They closed my account without even getting a confirmation from my end and despite number of mails I’m sending them they simply reply that they haven’t received documents from their end. Sometimes they asks me to send to inrdoc­ume­nts­@da­fab­et.com and sometimes they asks me to send docume­nts­@da­fab­et.com. I did send those documents to both the emails also. Please help me in this matter
