Subject: Dafabet Failure to Honor 24-Hour Withdrawal Promise and Unresponsive Customer Service

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved issue with Dafabet, where my first withdrawal request of 8,000 RMB (out of a total balance of 20,000 RMB) has been delayed for 6 days, despite Dafabet’s promotional claim of processing withdrawals within 24 hours. Additionally, their customer service has been unresponsive and dismissive, providing only automated or vague replies.

On May 30, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 8,000 RMB from my Dafabet account (username: removed) to my USDT wallet. The transaction ID is 443384383. Dafabet’s promotional materials, including their website and advertisements, clearly state that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. However, as of today, June 5, 2025, 6 days have passed, and the funds have not been credited to my USDT wallet, with the withdrawal status still pending.

I first contacted Dafabet’s customer support on May 30, 2025, approximately 5 hours after submitting the withdrawal request, via live chat and email to inquire about the status. I received generic responses, such as “your request is under review” or “please wait for further processing,” without any specific reason or timeline for resolution. I followed up again on June 2, 2025, and requested to speak with a supervisor, but my request was ignored, and the support team continued to provide automated replies. This lack of transparency and failure to honor their 24-hour processing promise is causing significant frustration and financial inconvenience.

Furthermore, I have not been prompted for KYC verification, nor have I found any option to submit verification documents in my account settings. I have checked the “My Account” section as advised, but no verification request or portal is visible. I am willing to provide any necessary documents to expedite the process, but Dafabet has not communicated any such requirements.

I am seeking your assistance to mediate this issue and ensure Dafabet honors their 24-hour withdrawal promise by processing my 8,000 RMB withdrawal to my USDT wallet promptly. I have attached screenshots of my withdrawal request, account balance, communication with customer support, and evidence of Dafabet’s 24-hour processing claim as supporting documents. Subject: Update - Dafabet Locked My Account After Complaint, Preventing Login

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am updating my existing complaint against Dafabet (regarding transaction ID 443384383, an 8,000 RMB withdrawal to my USDT wallet, delayed for 6 days) to report a new issue. After submitting my complaint on AskGamblers, Dafabet responded that they would investigate the matter. However, my account (username: wujt) has since been locked, preventing me from logging in. The error message states: “Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts. Please contact customer service.” I want to clarify that this was my first login attempt after the complaint, so the claim of “multiple failed login attempts” is inaccurate.

My initial withdrawal request of 8,000 RMB (out of a total balance of 20,000 RMB) was made on May 30, 2025, with transaction ID 443384383, to my USDT wallet. Dafabet’s promotional materials, including their website and advertisements, claim that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. However, as of June 5, 2025, 6 days have passed, and the funds have not been credited, with the withdrawal status still pending. Withdrawal not credited despite successful processing

I am facing an issue with my Dafabet withdrawal of ₹58,300.

Dafabet marked the withdrawal as Successful on 31/08/2026 at 15:48:56 IST, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. It's been almost 9 days since I've been getting the same generic response from Dafabet CS, and days are passing without an update.

I contacted Dafabet several times and provided the bank statement they requested. I also checked with my bank, but the transaction/UTR is not traceable, and no credit has been received.

Dafabet has informed me that the issue is being checked by their Payments Team, but I am still waiting for the withdrawal amount.

I have attached the bank statement as proof.

Please help me resolve this issue and get my ₹58,300 credited.

Keeps declining my withdrawals despite completed verification

I am submitting this complaint because I have been unable to successfully withdraw my funds from Dafabet despite completing the requested account verification.

My first withdrawal attempt for INR 30,000 was made on 19 August 2026 under Transaction ID 526312765. This withdrawal was declined.

I subsequently completed Dafabet's verification requirements and submitted the requested documents. My documents have now been officially approved, and my account is shown as Verified. The Documents section specifically confirms: “Documents verified – Your document(s) have been approved.”

Despite completing verification, the withdrawal problem has not been resolved.

On 7 September 2026, I attempted to withdraw my available balance of INR 85,930 again. Two separate withdrawal requests were submitted:

Transaction ID 528315149 – INR 85,930 – Declined

Transaction ID 528317991 – INR 85,930 – Declined

Therefore, I have now had withdrawal requests declined both before and after completing the requested verification.

I contacted Dafabet Live Chat regarding the latest rejected withdrawal. The representative checked my account and escalated the matter to the relevant team. I was told that I would be contacted through my registered email address once they receive further information. However, I have still not received a solution that allows me to withdraw my funds.

At this point, my account is verified, my documents are approved, and I have an available balance of INR 85,930.01, yet my withdrawal requests continue to be declined.

I have fully cooperated with Dafabet's verification requirements and I am ready to provide any additional information or documentation genuinely required to resolve the issue.

I respectfully request AskGamblers' assistance in contacting Dafabet and determining why my withdrawals remain restricted despite successful verification, and in helping me withdraw my available balance.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a cryptocurrency deposit made to my Dafabet account under the username khan3300.

I made a deposit of ₹27,500, corresponding to 288 USDT. The cryptocurrency transfer was successfully completed from my wallet, and the transaction is also confirmed on the TRON blockchain.

According to the blockchain transaction details:

I have a withdrawal issue with dafabet.

The withdrawal of INR 34,000 happened via a split payment of INR 8000, INR 8000, INR 6000 and INR 12,000.

But INR 12,000 has never came to the bank. I have checked with my bank with the UTR number provided by dafabet but bank has informed that the payment has not received.

I have escalated this to dafabet team and they have informed to share the bank statement which I have shared thrice to them but no response after that.

The amount was successfully debited from my payment account, but it has never been credited to my Dafabet wallet.

Deposit not credited 21000 INR since January 6th

I am submitting this complaint regarding a 21000 INR deposit made to my Dafabet account on 6 January 2026.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account but it has never been credited to my Dafabet wallet.

I have contacted Dafabet customer support multiple times regarding this issue. I have also contacted them by email and provided the relevant transaction details and payment proof.

Dafabet keeps telling me that the amount is under validation and that I should wait. They have stated that once the validation is completed, the amount will automatically be credited to my wallet.

The deposit was made on 6 January 2026, and it has now been nearly eight months without the money being credited or a clear explanation of why the validation is still pending.

I am requesting that Dafabet investigate this payment with their payment and finance team and either credit the 21000 INR to my Dafabet wallet or return the money to the original payment source.
