Pending withdrawal request

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I would like to report an issue regarding a delayed withdrawal from Dafabet Casino. I submitted a withdrawal request on 31/01/2026 at 10:39:39 PM with a transaction ID 490213786 for an amount of INR 9,500 via local bank transfer from Dafa Sports.

It has been several days since I requested the withdrawal, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I have contacted Dafabet customer support multiple times through email and live chat, but I only received automated responses and no proper explanation or resolution regarding the delay.

All my account details and KYC documents are fully verified, and there are no bonus or wagering issues pending on my account. Despite this, the withdrawal remains in pending status without any clear reason.

I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene in this matter and help me receive my withdrawal as soon as possible. I am attaching all relevant screenshots and transaction details for reference.

As per your instructions, I have now submitted the updated bank statement covering the period from 28/12/2025 to today’s date.

The statement clearly shows my full name, account number, IFSC code, and complete transaction history. There is absolutely no credit of INR 9,500 reflected in my account on 31/12/2025 or on any date thereafter.

I have also verified the same with my bank, and they have confirmed that no such amount has been received.

Since you have stated that the withdrawal was successfully processed from your side, I request you to immediately provide:

• The UTR / Reference number
• Official debit confirmation from your bank
• Proof of successful settlement to my beneficiary account

This matter has already been delayed for a long time. I expect a proper investigation and a clear resolution without any further unnecessary delay.

Please treat this as urgent and respond with concrete proof or arrange for immediate reprocessing of the amount.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
Provide a detailed written explanation, supported by the specific clause of your Terms and Conditions, explaining why my withdrawal was declined.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will consider escalating my complaint by:

1. Sharing my experience on social media and consumer review platforms;
2. Filing complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities and any applicable gaming regulatory body; and
Exploring legal remedies to recover my funds if 3.necessary.
