I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a pending deposit issue with Dafabet. Despite contacting Dafabet customer support multiple times via chat and email, I have not received any response or resolution.

The amount has been debited from my account, but it has not been credited to my Dafabet balance yet. I kindly request your help in following up with Dafabet and resolving this issue at the earliest.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reached the conclusion that the disputed amount never successfully reached the casino's payment provider. Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
While the amount may show as deducted from your bank account, please note that it has not yet been received by our payments partner. In this instance, we can only recommend that you contact your bank to request a trace and a refund of your funds.

This response is both confusing and unacceptable.
You are now stating that your payments partner has not received the funds, while previously assuring me that the matter was under review on your end. If the funds have been deducted from my account, this indicates that the transaction was initiated successfully. Shifting responsibility to my bank at this stage, after such a prolonged delay, is extremely disappointing.
I have already contacted my bank as advised. After a thorough review, my bank has confirmed in writing that the transaction was successfully completed in all respects and that the funds were credited to the beneficiary account on the same day the transaction was initiated. There was no failure, reversal, or pending status from the bank’s side.
Furthermore, the bank has clearly stated that after 20–25 days from the transaction date, no escalation, recall, or refund is possible, as the transaction was finalized and settled.
Given these facts, it is evident that the issue does not lie with my bank. Attempting to redirect responsibility at this stage appears to be an effort to evade accountability, which is completely unacceptable.
I have already waited an unreasonable amount of time and have received inconsistent explanations throughout this process. I expect Dafabet to take ownership of this issue and provide a concrete resolution, not redirect me without proper investigation.
Please note that continued denial or vague responses will be documented and submitted as evidence to all appropriate channels, Curaçao Gaming Control Board & along with my bank’s confirmation that the transaction was successful. This matter has already exceeded a reasonable resolution timeframe, and your handling of it raises serious concerns regarding transparency and payment integrity.
Note: Dear Askgamblers team I am formally request your urgent intervention in my ongoing dispute with Dafabet, as the situation has reached an unacceptable stage. After more than 25 days of continuous delay, Dafabet has now shifted its position and is attempting to blame my bank for the missing funds. Please look into this issue immediately.
