Payment delayed from 1st sep till now not credited

My withdrawal of Rs 52150 on 01 Sep 24 is shown as successful but amount has not been credited to my account. I have send them multiple mails with bank account statement for past 08 days. For every mail a reply is given to contact us back within 24 hours. After 24 hours on contacting they give a same reply. They have been fooling me with the same reply. Kindly provide a resolution at the earliest
