Payment Delay, Keep Blaming Their Payment Team

Hello Dafabet and ask gamblers, the Dafabet had offer me to play in their casino with bonus 100% Up to MYR500. So i try my luck with deposited MYR500 and have win another 587. So total I won plus my deposit is 1087. When I ask the live customer, they call me directly withdraw my winning. So after I withdraw they told me this will took 1-2hour to enrol the money into my bank. I waited 2 day the money haven't enroll in my bank. So I start texting them in live chat about my withdraw, and they keep repeating me that the money need to took 1-4day to enrol my money. After that they also keep repeating me there are no time-frame for payment team to done checking... Help me please, DAFABET instanly deposited money then why cannot instanly withdraw the money? Help please askgamblers, this situation is begin worst. The casino is huge and famous but why need to have this disadvantages .

25 Jan 2021 5.55AM Dafabet declined my withdraw total 1087 and confiscated my winning 587 and left my deposit 500. I ask the CS why my winning get confiscated, they just send me the tnc. Then I ask a prove that I did wrong, the CS told me they are checking.... Are u joking? U can't just blame people for winning lol. This is small thing, after that I ask can I withdraw my 500 deposit money .. they just call me to try to submit the withdraw...why Dafabet just tell me if I cannot get back my withdraw if u dw give me... Then I ask if I withdraw my deposit 500 that being checked and confiscated my winning, do I still need to wait 1-4 days to get my money... And they just told me one words 'yes'... LoL the service is bad and no proof for confiscated my winning. Here are the conversation

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Dafabet regarding a missing withdrawal of ₹50,000 INR.

On 12th Oct 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 INR from my account balance. On the Dafabet cashier/transaction dashboard, the status of this withdrawal is marked as "Successful". However, these funds have never reached my bank account.

When I reached out to support, Dafabet provided me with a Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number 628503469385 to prove the transfer. However, upon verifying this with my bank, this UTR belongs to an entirely different transaction sent by a different merchant to a completely unrelated third party. It has no connection to my bank account or my withdrawal.

I have followed all standard procedures and emailed Dafabet my official bank statement as a direct, unedited PDF download. This statement clearly displays my full legal name and account details, covering the period from the date of the request to the current date to prove non-receipt. Since I pointed out that the UTR they provided is invalid and belongs to someone else's transaction, Dafabet support has completely stopped replying to my emails.

I have attached screenshots of my dashboard showing the "Successful" status, mail communication with dafabet support, and my official PDF bank statement as proof of non-payment.

I kindly request the assistance of the AskGamblers team to escalate this to senior management at Dafabet so they can rectify this payment processor error and release my actual funds.

Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding the prolonged document verification process and withdrawal difficulties with Dafabet Casino.

My Dafabet username is **< username removed >**.

I submitted my verification documents approximately 5 days ago. Dafabet informed me that the document review and validation process could take up to 72 hours.

However, despite waiting beyond the stated timeframe, my documents have still not been approved.

My account currently has a balance of **INR 262,142.16**, which I am unable to withdraw.

On October 17, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for **INR 250,000**, but it was declined.

My Dafabet account’s withdrawal function has been disabled

Username - < username removed > by the Dafabet team without providing any prior notice or explanation. As a result, I am unable to withdraw my funds from my Dafabet wallet.

I have repeatedly contacted their live chat support team, but my issue remains unresolved. Instead of providing a proper response or solution, I keep receiving generic, pre-written messages from their bots.

I have also contacted their email support team and sent emails regarding this issue. However, I have received only irrelevant automated responses, with no proper explanation or resolution from their side.

This situation has caused me significant stress and anxiety because my funds remain inaccessible, and I have no clear information about when my withdrawal facility will be restored.
