Payment deducted from my bank account but not credited

Hi,

On November 26th, 2024, I made a payment of INR 15000 and the money was deducted from my bank account but dafabet did not credit the money to my wallet. Even after reaching out to support numerous times they are not helping me. I sent them the screenshot as well of the payment but they are not willing to help me. I am trying to resolve this since months but no luck. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Dafabet is stealing money from people. Their deposit system is the worst in the world. More than 50% of the time the transaction will fail and you have to contact their customer service for your deposit. Their customer service is worse than their deposit system. They have a transcript and they will just copy and paste those responses. Finally, they will tell we did not secure money even after securing the money. They are not helping here as well. They stole my 15000. Please don't use dafabet.

withdrawal pending due to intentionally delaying account verification process

My dafabet withdrawal is pending from 18 july 2026, i uploaded the account verification documents on 18th july itself, and according to their team it take 48 hour in reviewing them. Which has clearly passed.
So i am requesting aakgamblers team to please help me getting my withdrawal as soon as possible and also help me getting my account verifed at earliest. I already provided them the requested clear documents which they asked but still they are intentionally delaying it.

Total disputed amount is 182000

Their email team is not accountable and they are just sending a random bot reply to every email.
Providing all three proofs here.

Dafabet Casino Crypto - withdrawal is disabled in my account

Hi,

I make all the deposits and withdrawal using crypto as payment menthol in my account but suddenly since last 2 weeks, crypto withdrawal option is disabled but I can see it in deposit. I reached out to support to enable it but they are sending bot replies about deposit, I don't have any issue with deposit. please kindly enable crypto withdrawal method in my account

Withdrawal pending and processing taking too long

My complaint is dafabet intentionally delaying my withdrawal and holding it unnessarily. On 18th july i placed withdrawal request but from 3 days they have not paid my withdrawal, its just pending. When I asked them about this on email. They are just sending irrelevant deposit type bot emails.
I request askgamblers team to please intervene and help me getting my withdrawal as soon as possible from dafabet.

Also I uploaded my documents on 18th july when they asked, but till now its just showing under review. Their expected time frame to check documents is 48 hour which has surpassed. So please askgambler team intervene here to help getting my account verifcation done more fastly and help me in my withdrawal pending issue. Total disputed amount is 155000 inr.

Verified Account but Withdrawal Declined

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding the repeated rejection of my withdrawal requests without any explanation.

My account (Username: < username removed >) is fully verified, and my KYC documents have already been approved by Dafabet. My current balance is INR 65,538.43.

Despite having a verified account, every withdrawal request is declined. I have not received any email, notification, or explanation for these rejections.

I have already contacted Dafabet support and submitted a formal complaint requesting the exact reason for the declined withdrawals and immediate release of my funds. However, I have not received any meaningful response.

I respectfully request AskGamblers to mediate this dispute and ask Dafabet to either process my withdrawal immediately or provide a detailed written explanation, with reference to the relevant Terms and Conditions, for rejecting my withdrawals.

I have attached evidence showing my verified KYC status, current balance, withdrawal history, and my complaint sent to Dafabet.

Dafabet cypto deposit not credited

I made a deposit of INR134600 Rs by using crypto. Usually, crypto deposits are instant, but here still crypto deposit is still not credited even after waiting 10 hours and the dafabet support team is not at all responding to mails and chat. As their customer support seems automated and receiving automated responses. It's been very frustrating to me.

Forcefully applying bonus on my account and not even verifying it for so long

Hi AskGamblers,

I am dropping this complaint after utter disappointment with the customer support of Dafabet, which is useless and bot-driven.

Firstly, they failed to verify my account, and it has been pending for so long. Even after multiple follow-ups, nothing happened, and now they forcefully applied some random bonus and are marking all my winnings as bonus amount.

I placed bets using my raw cash deposit of INR 4K without opting into any bonus.

My winnings were incorrectly credited to my Bonus Balance instead of my Cash Balance. I spoke with their support team multiple times, asking which bonus this is and who applied but they can't help me. As I can see and verified by them, there is no active bonus in my account. When asked how they can apply something automatically, they again provided the same bot-based repetitive responses, which are useless. This is completely a breach of customers' trust, where the casino is applying the bonus without the knowledge of the customer, which is not only unethical but also illegal.

I would request Dafabet to please review my transaction and casino betting history and manually transfer my winnings to my withdrawable cash wallet immediately.

Freezing funds for over 10 days under an endless review with zero communication

I am writing to submit a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding an unjustified restriction on my withdrawals and an indefinite account review that has frozen my legitimate funds.

Below is the exact timeline of the issue:

July 8, 2026 (09:19 AM): I noticed that my first withdrawal request was rejected, and my withdrawal function was subsequently disabled/closed without any prior notice or justification.

July 9, 2026 (Evening): I sent an email to their customer support requesting an explanation. While Dafabet usually replies within 10 minutes, I received absolutely no response.

July 10, 2026 (09:52 AM): I contacted their Live Chat support. The agent provided a generic, scripted response stating that my account was under review and I needed to "wait patiently."

July 11 – July 17, 2026 (Ongoing): I have continuously followed up with their customer service. As of today, July 17, the situation remains completely unresolved. The casino continues to give the exact same canned responses, forcing me to wait indefinitely without providing any concrete updates, explanations, or an estimated timeframe.

I would like to emphasize two crucial facts regarding my account:

No Bonuses Involved: I only play Live Casino games (Live Dealer) and I have NEVER accepted or claimed any bonuses or promotional offers. All funds in my account consist entirely of my own cash deposits and legitimate winnings.

Clean & Consistent Account History: I have been using this account normally, and all my previous withdrawals were processed smoothly without any issues. There is absolutely no breach of terms or valid reason for my account to be suddenly locked.

Whenever I ask for the specific reason for this review or a deadline for its completion, the casino flatly refuses to provide details. They are simply withholding my cash funds and stalling the process indefinitely without any transparency.

I kindly request Ask assistance in mediating this matter. I urge Dafabet to immediately conclude this "review," restore my withdrawal access, and release my funds.
