Not Processing My Withdrawal

Hi sir. I want to make complaint for dafabet casino. I have join the dafabet casino in 10.12.2020 and i win the livecasino and make withdraw amount euro 60.00 via skrill e-wallet in 13.12.2020. But unfortunately, until now i haven't received my money. I have contact the "livechat" and email to support department, and they said under review and no have timeframe. I'm very disappointed because this is my first time to make withdrawal. Sir, i hope you can deal with them and help me. Thank you. Here i enclose the detail for withdrawal for your reference.

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.
