Been trying to withdraw for 15 days now.
They asked me (and approved) my documents twice.
Everyday I chat with their support and they tell me to check my mail from time to time but nothing happens. They are making me walk in circles and give me no reason for this delay. All they say is I will have to wait 24hs hours but been waiting much more than that.
