Not giving withdraw 1 month
I submitted all requested KYC documents more than one month ago, exactly as instructed by your team. However, my withdrawal has still not been approved or released. This prolonged delay is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer handling and compliance standards.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no clear explanation, no valid reason, and no confirmed timeline for my withdrawal. Holding a verified customer’s funds for over a month without justification constitutes an unfair and irresponsible practice.
