Not Crediting Deposits Despite Proof INR 6831 Pending

Dear AskGamblers Team,


I made several deposits to Dafabet on 27/10/2025 (from Binance). The funds were debited successfully, but four transactions remain uncredited even after repeated follow-ups.


Uncredited Transactions:

Total pending: ₹6,831.00


Despite providing all payment proofs, screenshots, and hash IDs through 10+ emails, chats, and calls, Dafabet has not resolved the issue. Their support repeatedly says it’ll be credited “within 2 hours,” but it’s now over 3 days and they’re claiming funds not received.

Requesting AskGamblers’ help to verify and get my funds credited or refunded as soon as possible.

Dear customer,

Please be advised that the Hash IDs have already been forwarded to the PSP.
However, they were not located within their system. Additionally, the PSP has indicated that these Hash IDs correspond to invalid transactions.

You guys are saying the amount has not been credited to your accounts
But in proof its clearly showing the amount have been credited to you guys

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
