My withdrawal blocked

My dafabet user id is kariscxz

My dafabet account withdrawal function has been disabled by dafabet team without telling me anything. As a result I am not able to withdraw my funds from dafabet wallet.

I have repeatedly asked their live support chat team, but they are not resolving this issue and only their bots are responding with pre template messages.

I have contacted their email support team also, at least 10 -12 emails I have sent them, but only getting irrelevant automated email from their side. I am in huge stress because of this issue.

Total fund stucked is 231348 inr, I am in stress because of dafabet. So I need askgamblers support here, please intervene here and help enabling withdrawal function of my dafabet account so that I can withdraw my funds peacefully.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a missing ₹27,000 withdrawal from Dafabet. My withdrawal is marked as successful, but I have received only part of the amount in my bank account.

On October 4, 2026, at 9:46:59 AM, I made a withdrawal request for ₹45,000 from Dafabet through a local bank transfer.

The withdrawal details are:

• Withdrawal request date: October 4, 2026
• Withdrawal request time: 9:46:59 AM
• Total withdrawal amount: ₹45,000
• Withdrawal status: Successful

On October 11, 2026, Dafabet customer support confirmed by email that the ₹45,000 withdrawal had been successfully processed from their end on October 5, 2026, at 10:09:07 AM IST.

However, I received only ₹18,000 in my bank account. The remaining ₹27,000 has not been credited.

The payment reference details are:

• UTR 2 for the missing payments: 627817785263

There is one very important point I want to highlight.

The UTR number 627814172442 for the ₹18,000 payment is clearly reflected in my official bank statement. However, the other two UTR numbers, 627817623964 and 627817785263, provided for the missing ₹27,000 are not reflected anywhere in my bank statement.

I am attaching my official bank statement as supporting evidence, along with my Dafabet withdrawal history screenshot and relevant customer support communications.

I have contacted Dafabet customer support several times regarding this missing payment. Their representatives have repeatedly informed me that the withdrawal was processed successfully and that their payment provider is investigating the issue.

On October 11, 2026, at 9:54 AM IST, I emailed my official bank statement to Dafabet support. However, during a subsequent live chat, their representative asked when and where I had submitted the statement.

Even after I provided those details, I did not receive clear confirmation that my bank statement had been reviewed.

Later, at 1:06 PM on October 11, Dafabet sent another email confirming that the withdrawal had been processed from their end and requesting an official bank statement again.

The support team requested a statement covering October 2, 2026, to the current date, including the IFSC code. However, my bank's online statements do not display the IFSC code, while bank-issued statements containing the IFSC code are available only up to the previous day.

I have already made efforts to provide the required banking evidence. My main concern remains that the two UTR numbers associated with the missing ₹27,000 do not appear in my bank transactions.

I have previously experienced a similar withdrawal issue with another betting operator. That issue was resolved after I submitted a complaint through AskGamblers. The operator identified a technical failure and returned the missing funds to my gaming balance.

I am requesting AskGamblers to assist me with this Dafabet withdrawal issue as well.

I respectfully request Dafabet to verify both missing UTR numbers with their payment provider and provide valid, traceable payment confirmation showing where the ₹27,000 was transferred. If the payments were unsuccessful, failed or returned by the banking system, I request that the missing ₹27,000 be returned to my Dafabet account or successfully credited to my bank account.

I am not making any general accusation against Dafabet, and I am not requesting additional compensation. I only want my missing ₹27,000 to be properly traced and returned.

I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and assist in obtaining a clear resolution.

However, my current withdrawal of INR 42,818.71 has remained pending since 1 October 2026 and has still not been processed.

I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a significant delay in my withdrawal and a lack of transparency concerning an ongoing account audit.

Timeline of Events:

On 09 29, I submitted a withdrawal request. Shortly after, the request was rejected.

I contacted customer support and was informed that my account was "under routine audit."

Since then, I have followed up with their support team daily. However, I have received nothing but scripted, repetitive responses stating that the audit is "still in progress" and that I must "wait patiently."

As of today, it has been several days without any concrete explanation, evidence of suspicious activity, or an estimated timeframe for completion.

My Position:

I have fully complied with all terms and conditions and have not violated any rules. I believe this indefinite "audit" is being used as a tactic to delay payment. I have already attempted to resolve this directly with the casino, but their communication has been entirely unhelpful and non-transparent.

Desired Outcome:

I request that Dafabet complete the audit immediately and process my pending withdrawal without further delay.

I requested a withdrawal of Rs 1,00,000 with transaction Id 530930966. According to their terms it takes upto 24 hours to approve the withdrawal. I have already completed my verification but my withdrawal is still in pending status.
