My very long pending deposit is pending for 38 days

My payment has been stuck for 38 days now and every time when I mail or chat live on help@i­­nd­i­a­cs­­onl­­in­e.com, an automated reply is generated that " We are yet to secure the amount and our concern team is working on your issue and once we secure the money, the amount will be credited". I have raised a deposit ticket to deposit an amount of Rs. 505 but at the time of transaction, the payment was done for Rs.500 and till then the transaction was stuck in the process for 38 days. Every time I talked to customer executive for help there are automated tailored answers... Please help me in resolving my issue either they deposit my deposited money in my dafasports wallet or revert it to my bank account from which I made the payment...


Please verify and resolve my issue as soon as possible because it's been very long pending deposit money, which is not been credited yet in my wallet...

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.
