My verification process takes several months

I have been trying to verify my account for several months.

Dafabet asked for the documents and I have already sent everything (PAN ID, Aadhaar card, a selfie with PAN ID, a selfie with Aadhaar card, proof of address...).

They always say I need to send it again, I've sent different photos of the same documents several times. They just don't verify my account.

When I ask for a withdrawal, they refuse and ask for the documents again.

I need help I have about 20k USD in my account. I have everything, I can send all the necessary screenshots and emails

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.
