My transaction is successful and money is not credited to my account

I have made deposit of 25000 INR on 15/10/2024 at 17:28 IST and still now the transaction is pending. At the initial days they said that they're following up the transaction but now they're saying that the funds are not received and asking me to contact my bank account. But clearly the transaction is successful and I have payment receipt for the transaction. I think the fault is from the payment partner and they are simply saying that we didn't received your funds

Finally after 7 months, I got my funds back and I'm thankful to the Askgamblers for helping throughout the process and being there.
But I wish Dafabet should be careful from now as 7 months is not a short period of time. These seven months I had so many problems and faced mental stress and made so many debts due to this transaction problem. If there was option for compensation then surely I would have opted to it.
But still thank you Askgamblers for helping me.

Partial Withdrawal Not Received for More Than 15 Days

I am submitting this complaint because my withdrawal has not been fully processed, and I have been unable to get any meaningful assistance from customer support.

I requested a withdrawal of ₹40,000 INR on 23/06/2026.

Out of the ₹40,000:

₹15,000 was successfully credited to my bank account.

₹10,000 was returned to my Dafabet wallet.

However, the remaining ₹15,000 has neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my Dafabet wallet.

It has now been more than 15 days, and I still have not received the missing ₹15,000.

I have contacted customer support several times, but they keep giving me the same generic response without providing any update, proof of payment, or resolution.

To help verify my claim, I am also attaching my bank statement, which clearly shows that the remaining ₹15,000 has not been credited to my account.

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter and ask Dafabet to either:

Credit the missing ₹15,000 to my bank account, or

Return the amount to my Dafabet wallet immediately if the transfer has failed.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

On 1st July made deposit of Rs 14000 to casino using phonepe UPI the transaction successfully completed and money debited but when I check the dafa account it's not there and the staff saying it's not secured still and asked me to send the transaction details. Issue With Dafabet Casino Explaination :

Its been more then 60 plus days i have been waiting for my deposit to be credited by Dafabet.

I have contacted Live Chat support and Live Call Support but they dont respond to me and end the chat manually on the Live chat.

On Support Call,

They always tell me same thing " As soon as possible it will be credited " but since last 2 months i am hearing same thing via Call Support by all the support team agents but my funds have still not been credited.

I hereby request Askgamblers to help me get back both my deposited amount as soon as possible.
