My multiple deposit got failed

I made 3 deposit request on 25 December, 26 December and 29 December. The amount was INR 30,000, INR 15,000 and INR 32,000 via UPI payment method. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account but in dafabet payment page, my payment is showing as pending and failed. I have already uploaded the payment screenshot on dafabet payment page and waited for my deposit to get credited but even after waiting for more 7 days my money didn't credited. I contacted my bank and they have told me that the transaction was successful from my end and there is the issue with dafabet payment. I have already sent multiple mails but I didn't received any satisfactory response from dafabet. I am attaching all the screenshots of the transaction as well as the screenshot of the mails which I sent to dafabet. I request dafabet and askgambler's team to look into my issue and do the needful.

Now, this transaction with transaction id 483179099 is showing successfully on payment page but on dafabet payment page, the transaction is showing as failed. Kindly look into it and solve my issue.

While I was waiting for my 15000 deposit to get credited, my another deposit request got stuck. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account but it's been more than 3 hours but my deposit didn't credited. I already submitted the screenshot of the transaction in the payment page but still my deposit didn't credited. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction here. Kindly check and process my deposit.

Dear AskGamblers Team and Dafabet Complaints Team,

I am writing to report a deposit of rupees 10k not deposited to the casino wallet.

On 11/06/2026, I made a separate deposit of 10,000 INR. The funds were successfully debited from my bank account, but the Dafabet cashier page continues to show the status as "in progress," and the money has not been added to my wallet. I have already attempted to resolve this through standard customer support channels without success.

Dafabet Delaying My Verified Withdrawals 47000 INR

I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance regarding the unnecessary delay of my withdrawals from Dafabet.
On 26 July 2026, I placed the following withdrawal requests:
₹100,00 (Transaction ID: 523505058)
₹17,000 (Transaction ID: 523500005)
₹20,000 (Transaction ID: 523499975)
Total Pending Withdrawal: ₹47,000
Instead of processing my withdrawals, Dafabet requested additional KYC verification documents. I immediately complied and submitted every document they requested.
My account now clearly shows that my documents have been submitted and are currently under review. I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements.
Despite this, all three withdrawals remain pending and no estimated completion time has been provided.
I respect legitimate KYC procedures. However, once all requested documents have been submitted, players should not face unnecessary delays in receiving their own funds.
I kindly request AskGamblers to contact Dafabet and ask them to:
Complete my KYC verification without further delay.
Process all three pending withdrawals immediately after verification.
Explain the reason for the continued delay if any additional review is still required.
I have acted in good faith, provided all requested documents promptly, and I am simply requesting the release of my legitimate funds.

Withdrawal disabled Error Code 310

First dafabet placed a bet limit on my account which is already fully verified account. Then I decided that I don't need to have higher balance in my account because of the bet limits and therefore I was trying to make a withdrawal but I received a message that some error occurred with code 310. Upon checking my withdrawal history it shows that withdrawal was disabled. Contacted their live chat helpline but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Therefore I request that my withdrawals be enabled so that I can get back my funds.

Withdrawal is taking too much time and account verification is delayed

My Dafabet withdrawal has been pending since 23rd July 2026. The total stuck amount is 470000 INR

They asked me to upload account verification documents, which I did on 23rd July itself, but still more than 48 hours have passed; it's showing under review only.

Their time frame for checking documents is 48 hours, and I waited that time, and after that I am contacting the AskGamblers team to help out me in this matter.

I would like to tell you that I am a silver vip level customer, but still I am facing this issue, so AskGamblers team, please intervene here and help me get my account verified and my withdrawal processed as soon as possible.
